Jennifer Chang, MBA
Jennifer is a startup veteran who has contributed to the success of over 20 early-stage companies as a cofounder, executive, advisor and consultant. She specializes in early-stage fundraising and go-to-market strategies for B2B and B2B2C startups. She has worked in several industries, including digital media, ecommerce, logistics, healthcare, and deep tech.
Jennifer’s prior experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at FanBread (acquired by RockYou), heading up operations, marketing and finance for the early-stage media publishing startup from start to exit. She also held head of marketing roles for growth-stage companies including Perfect Market (founded by Idealab, acquired by Taboola), Haven, and NEXT Trucking. Early in her career she was the cofounder of two early-stage digital media ventures, Digital Media Management and SocialVision. In addition to her startup background, Jennifer has gained valuable training through her roles at best-in-class companies - Apple, Disney, and KPMG.
Jennifer has a BS in Business Administration from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, an MA in Cultural and Creative Industries from King’s College London, and an MBA and Certificate in Technology Commercialization from USC Marshall School of Business. As part of her MBA, she completed projects for organizations including the APEC Business Advisory Council and Jet Propulsion Labs.
Jennifer lives in Los Angeles, but is frequently traveling as a “digital nomad.” She is a champion for women and minority entrepreneurs and volunteers with the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship to pay it forward to the next generation.

Preeti Narang, MBA
Preeti is a senior marketing consultant well-versed in developing and launching go-to-market strategies, driving customer acquisition, conversion and retention. She has lead growth efforts for both startups and large organizations. She leverages her knowledge to apply key learnings and best practices across industries and teams. Preeti has worked and consulted with both B2C and B2B enterprises in industries ranging from fintech and travel to retail apparel and media.
Previously, Preeti held the role of Digital Marketing Manager overseeing digital initiatives including a rebranding, two website redesigns and event marketing at The Queen Mary.
She developed new consumer banking products and bundles as AVP Product/Digital Manager at OneWest Bank (prev. Indymac Bank). She worked on data monetization at Idealab (Perfect Market), running experiments to drive incremental revenue. The foundation of Preeti’s experience is rooted in analytics and research. One of her early roles was at Nielsen where she managed the portfolio of NetRatings west coast clients, conducted trainings and managed analytics services.
Preeti has an MBA with a focus in Marketing & Strategy from the Drucker School at Claremont Graduate University where she was active in student government, marketing & entrepreneurship clubs. Preeti received a BA in Economics and Business from UC Irvine, where she was also active in marketing & entrepreneurship clubs.
Preeti lives in Los Angeles, she loves to be a tourist in her own town as well as traveling to far-flung places across the globe. In addition to live events, concerts & plays, Preeti is a sucker for checking out marketing activations, TED Talks and business books.
