Newsletter 5/15/20: Adapting your Business for Post-Covid world with Last Mile Delivery

Coronavirus has drastically changed our economy, and we're not sure when/how/if things will ever go back to normal. That being said, I'm very optimistic about the year ahead because I'm an entrepreneur, and chaos = opportunities.

So what opportunities are there for entrepreneurs in a post-coronavirus economy?

One area that is clearly going to grow is last mile (home) delivery. Over the past couple of weeks, businesses that weren't online have been scrambling to get online. Businesses that already had last mile delivery services in place were rewarded for their accidental foresight.

For the past few months, TechSparks has been working with Southern California Messengers (SCM), a local last-mile delivery service company to launch its digital ordering channel - Messengers.com. SCM was founded in 1985 and originally found its niche delivering high-end luxury merchandise for Rodeo Drive retailers. As the demand for last-mile services grew, SCM strategically positioned themselves as the premier local delivery experts in California, eventually becoming one of the largest delivery partners for Amazon in Southern California.

I thought I would share about SCM and Messengers.com in case there are any startups and small businesses in our network that are looking for last-mile delivery services as we adapt to the new post-coronavirus economy. If you are interested in learning more, please reply to this email or feel free to contact them directly at sales@messengers.com or 323-933-1000. Mention TechSparks to get 10% off your first order.

Best regards,
